Project Vision
The central vision of the art gallery app "Artmop" is the hassle-free auction and purchase of artwork. The auctioning and purchasing of art designs are either exceedingly limited or highly outdated with current art gallery uses. By making it simple for people to purchase art, Artmop seeks to remedy that.

Kickoff
I started by asking myself a few questions. Who is our main user? What sort of objectives do they have? Why would someone utilize this application, you ask? Later, when five participants were interviewed to create archetypes, it became clear that the objectives they sought to achieve all fit into the same categories.

Competitive Analysis
I had to venture out and discover what the well-known art gallery applications were already doing and what user goals they are not fulfilling in order to build a clear and sturdy foundation for Artmop. I assessed a number of features regarded essential by users' surveys and determined which one Artmop might take use of to stand out from competing applications.

CHALLENGE 1
The homepage allows the users to navigate from one section to another within the app . This layout enables a quicker checkout and minimal screen consumption.
CHALLENGE 2

A search feature is required in any gallery application. It makes it possible for users to find the artwork they want to buy, and ArtMop is no exception. Discover an artist, works of art, and more. I developed this function to makes it simple for users to navigate the application's art design easily.
CHALLENGE 3

To enable customers to easily view the art design and complete a quick auction and payment, It's a user-friendly auction page for upcoming and ongoing auctions.
CHALLENGE 4

I want users to be able to look back on their art order history.
The ability for users to review past orders, both pending and completed, is cool.
Also, it makes it easier for users to retrieve their saved cards and find the settings.
Style Guide
The use of a gentle gradient composed of cool, tranquil hues felt perfect for Artmop branding. The blue encourages users to feel cheerful, and when paired with white, it creates a harmonious balance between calmness and simplicity. The app's primary typefaces are SF Pro Display and SF Pro Text, chosen for their excellent versatility in adapting to various text sizes. With their clean, modern design and ability to maintain clarity in both large and small text, these typefaces were the best fit for the app.

Takeaways
Working on Artmop was immensely satisfying for me because I love art. I had the opportunity to test out some of the fresh Figma features and streamline my design approach. Time limitations prevented me from fully developing other features and designs I had in mind for Artmop, but that doesn't mean I won't attempt to do so in the future.
